Looking for a dream job is not an easy task. It is a long process that not only requires time and patience, but also a deep understanding of the business of interest. As experienced professionals from other industries, we wanted our dream job in the space sector. During our quest we learned about the space industry value chain, how it works and its potential for additional growth.

So, with a growing industry and the need for new employees, why was so difficult to find a dream job in space?
